Some things just make you wonder.
Sometimes you catch a glimpse and are pretty sure you know what’s what.
And sometimes, things are revealed.
Way back in mid-April I had written a post called “Follow With Me Now” wherein I had mentioned doing some re-arranging.
I can now say I’m officially done!
So, here we go:
Tyler moved up into what had previously existed as the guest room:

(That took all of maybe 4 hours.)
Then, I put the little guys on Tyler’s old bedroom floor for a week-long camp-out, complete with sleeping bags, while I dissassembled their room.
Then, what was the little guys’ room became the school room:
I don’t even want to re-think how long that took. . .
That led to the painting and assembling of the little boys’ new bedroom (old schoolroom):
Which leaves one wondering, what on earth happened with Tyler’s old bedroom?
Well, it sat like this for some time. . .
until we found the “right” furniture for it.
It’s actually a lovely cherry, but for some reason is coming out terribly dark in the pictures.
I need to put up some finishing decor, but it’s essentially done. And I haven’t quite determined what kind of decor I want in there yet.
I also want to repaint the room, but Jay has said I “need to be patient”.
And, he had that look in his eye that told me that I *really* need to be patient. . .
Ahh, but as you know, any attempted project that occurs in this house always goes overboard. And this project wound up flowing into a 5th, unplanned, room.
My “pantry”:
You should know that my “pantry” is twice as large as my kitchen and this is only one part.
And this is that same part after my little guys organized everything for me.
The other part is more organized too, but I forgot to take pictures of it.
You’ll be “seeing” a lot of me again, as I desperately attempt to “be patient”.

Sounds like you have busy, busy, busy over there. The remodeling all looks great. I must say that generally I am low on patience when we are working on a house project. I just want it done already. Lucky for me I have a husband with an overabundance of patience so I guess it all just evens out
Wow! It all looks great. I especially enjoyed getting a glimpse of your school room. It’s always fun to see others’ school/home ed rooms.
